Virtual staging and landscaping from the listing photos you already have, delivered ready to upload to the MLS. We work with real estate agents and for-sale-by-owner sellers. Send vacant rooms, or furnished ones — we remove what is there and restage.

Upload the photos you want. Price is $29 per photo. The first set of 5 is $129, then $29 per photo after that. Staging and landscaping use the same rate. Occupied destage and stage is the same rate.
One revision included per order. If we missed the brief or a file isn’t usable, that fix is on us. Extra rounds that are just a style preference are quoted.

Interior photos will be virtually staged. Exterior photos will be virtually landscaped. Phone or pro is fine if the rooms and yards read clearly.

We start after payment
Work starts after payment. Standard is 24–48 hours after payment. Rush is under 24 hours, +30%.

Photos delivered to you
Interior photos come back virtually staged. The house and fixtures stay as shot. Exterior photos come back with virtual landscaping.

You update MLS
Drop the photos into the listing. They already carry “Virtually staged” or “Virtually landscaped,” in line with how major MLS systems treat those disclosures.
We do not move walls, change windows, add square footage, or replace permanent fixtures.
