Ordering from Curated Lens means you agree to these terms.

The work

You send listing photographs. Interior photos are virtually staged. Exterior photos are virtually landscaped. Vacant rooms and furnished rooms (we remove furniture in the file, then stage) are the same service. We do not move walls, change windows, add square footage, or replace permanent fixtures. We cannot take orders with people or pets in the frame.

Price and timing

Photos are $29 each. The first 5 are $129, then $29 per photo after that. Rush (under 24 hours) is +30% of that subtotal. Work starts after payment. Standard is 24–48 hours after payment.

Revisions

One revision is included per order. If we missed the brief or a file is not usable, that fix is on us. Extra rounds that are just a style preference are quoted.

MLS and disclosures

After files are labeled “Virtually staged” or “Virtually landscaped.” We make every effort to follow common practice among major MLS systems for those labels so files are ready to upload. Your MLS, your brokerage, and your local rules still apply to you. You are responsible for using the files in line with those rules. Curated Lens does not give legal advice.

Your photos

You must have the right to send us the photographs. You keep ownership of what you upload. You give Curated Lens a license to copy, edit, and store those photos to produce the order. We send the finished staged and landscaped photos, not a second copy of what you uploaded. We do not publish listing photos without written OK.

Payment

Cards and Apple Pay are processed by Stripe.
