Send the listing photos you already have. We virtually stage and landscape them for you, then send you files ready to upload to your MLS or listing.

After photos come labeled “Virtually staged” or “Virtually landscaped,” ready for your MLS so you don’t have to add the disclosure. No extra watermark.

Work starts after payment. Standard is 24–48 hours after payment. Rush is under 24 hours, +30%.

Pricing

$29 per photo. The first set of 5 is $129, then $29 per photo after that.

Staging and landscaping use the same per-photo rate. Occupied destage and stage is the same rate. Rush (under 24 hours) is +30%.

Our most popular 5-photo selections: exterior (landscaped), main living room, kitchen/dining, master suite, and downstairs or secondary living.

One revision included per order. Price follows how many photos you add.

Timing

Add all photos you wish to be staged and landscaped. Max 10.

Phone photos are fine, including iPhone. We convert them for the MLS.

No people or pets in the frame.

Modern / traditional / farmhouse / match the listing. We keep architecture as-is.

Optional. Leave it blank if you want — we’ll use our staging experience and what’s in the photos.

Example: if there’s an extra room, say whether to stage it as a bedroom or an office.
